Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Easy Lead Distribution (“ELD,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Navy Blue Digital LLC. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About the Service
Easy Lead Distribution is a B2B software platform that enables lead sellers to distribute leads to lead buyers in real-time. The Service includes our website, mobile applications, and related integrations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use this Service. By using ELD, you represent that you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity and have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To use ELD, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Billing
Plans and Pricing: Current subscription plans and pricing are available at easyleaddistribution.com/plans. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.
Upgrades and Downgrades: You may change your plan at any time by contacting us. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. No refunds are provided after the 14-day window.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Distribute leads containing false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Send spam or unsolicited communications using data obtained through the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service to collect or distribute data in violation of privacy laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Lead Data
Seller Responsibility: Lead sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of leads distributed through the Service. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents to share lead data.
No Guarantees: We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or quality of any leads distributed through the Service. ELD is a distribution platform only.
Data Ownership: Lead sellers retain ownership of their lead data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Navy Blue Digital LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVY BLUE DIGITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
