These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Easy Lead Distribution (“ELD,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Navy Blue Digital LLC. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Easy Lead Distribution is a B2B lead capture and distribution service. It enables lead sellers to capture leads through web forms on any website and through phone calls to dedicated phone numbers, and to distribute those leads to their lead buyers in real time. The Service includes our website, our mobile, web, and desktop applications, our WordPress plugin, our website form tools, and our phone number and calling features.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use this Service. By using ELD, you represent that you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity and have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To use ELD, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Lead Buyers: Lead buyers access the Service at no charge, by invitation from a lead seller. Lead buyers are asked to confirm their phone number so they can receive lead calls. These Terms apply to lead buyers as well as lead sellers, except for the subscription and billing terms, which apply to lead sellers only.
Plans and Pricing: Current plans, prices, and what each plan includes (monthly leads, phone numbers, and call minutes) are listed at easyleaddistribution.com/plans. Prices do not include tax; any applicable tax is added at checkout. We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, starting the day you sign up. There is no free trial. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Plan Limits: Each plan includes a monthly amount of leads, phone numbers, and call minutes. Phone-call and missed-call leads count toward your monthly leads. When you reach your lead limit, lead distribution pauses until your limits reset or you upgrade, and leads submitted while paused are not delivered to your lead buyers. When you reach your call minutes limit, calls to your numbers pause in the same way. Limits reset monthly and unused amounts do not roll over.
Optional Extras: You may choose to add phone numbers beyond your plan or to turn on extra call minutes. These are charged only if you opt in, at the rates shown to you when you opt in. Extra numbers are billed monthly with your subscription until you remove them. Extra minutes are billed on your next invoice.
Upgrades and Downgrades: You can upgrade at any time from the web app. Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference is prorated. To downgrade, contact us; downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. When your subscription ends, any phone numbers attached to your call flows are released and will stop working.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, including your first payment, renewals, extra phone numbers, and extra call minutes. The Service is active and incurs costs on your behalf from the moment you sign up. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or for unused leads, numbers, or minutes. Refunds are issued only where required by applicable law or in the case of a billing error.

Seller Responsibility: Lead sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of leads distributed through the Service. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents to share lead data. You are also responsible for the content of the forms you build and publish with the Service, including any notices or consent wording your visitors are required to see.
No Guarantees: We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or quality of any leads distributed through the Service. ELD captures and delivers leads; it does not generate or verify them.
Data Ownership: Lead sellers retain ownership of their lead data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Service.
Your Numbers: Phone numbers are provided for use with the Service only. They remain under our control or that of our phone carrier and cannot be transferred out of the Service.
Release of Numbers: When you delete a call flow or your subscription ends, the phone number is released and stops working everywhere you have published it. A released number may later be assigned to someone else, and we cannot guarantee that it can be recovered.
Availability: Phone numbers are subject to availability and to the rules of the country they belong to. Some countries require documents before a number can be issued. Those documents are passed to our phone carrier for its checks and are not stored by us.
No Emergency Calls: The Service is not a replacement for a telephone service and cannot be used to reach emergency services.
No Call Recording: We do not record calls. For each call we keep the caller’s number, the time of the call, its duration, and whether it was answered.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to the calls you receive and to any calls made in response, including consent, telemarketing, and do-not-call rules.
Connection: Calls depend on third-party phone carriers, and we cannot guarantee that every call will connect. A call that is not answered is delivered to the lead buyer as a missed-call lead.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Navy Blue Digital LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVY BLUE DIGITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
