Navy Blue Digital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Easy Lead Distribution (“ELD” or “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect:
Lead Buyer Phone Number. Lead buyers provide a phone number and confirm it with a short automated call, so that lead calls can reach them. Lead buyers can change this number from their profile.
Payment Information. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider, Paddle. We do not store your credit card details. Paddle’s privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.
Lead Data. Lead sellers capture lead data through the Service and distribute it to their lead buyers. Leads are captured through web forms, built with our WordPress plugin or with our form tools on any website, and through phone calls to dedicated phone numbers. Lead data may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, and any other fields the lead seller adds to a form. Form submissions are sent to ELD over secure HTTPS. The visitor’s IP address may be recorded with each form submission. Lead sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper consent to collect and share this data. Lead buyers can add their own notes to a lead, which are stored with it.
Form Tracking Information. If the lead seller turns it on, a form also captures where the visitor came from: campaign details in the page address (such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs), the address of the page, and the referring page. Our forms may use the visitor’s approximate location to preselect a country in the phone field, and may remember in the visitor’s browser that a popup was already shown, so it is not shown again and again.
Call Information. When someone calls a phone number provided through the Service, we collect the caller’s phone number, the time of the call, its duration, and whether it was answered. This becomes a lead and is delivered to one lead buyer. We do not record calls.
Documents for Phone Numbers. Some countries require documents before a phone number can be issued. When a lead seller provides such documents, we pass them to our phone carrier for its checks and do not store them.
Our Role. For lead data and call information, the lead seller decides what is collected and who receives it, and we process it on their behalf. If you filled in a form or called a number run by one of our customers and have a question about your information, please contact that business first. Automatically Collected Information. When you use our Service, we automatically collect device information (device type, operating system), app usage data and analytics, push notification tokens, and IP address.

Service Providers. We work with providers who process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information, including our authentication and database provider, transactional email provider, phone carrier, payment processor (Paddle), and affiliate-tracking provider.
Lead Distribution. Lead data captured by lead sellers, including call information, is delivered to the lead buyers they choose. When a call comes in, it is connected to one lead buyer, and that lead buyer sees the caller’s phone number. This is the core function of the Service.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to operate the Service, analyze usage, and support our marketing and affiliate program.
Analytics and Advertising. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google tracking tags (including Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand how visitors interact with our website, measure the performance of our marketing, and serve relevant ads. These tools collect information such as pages visited, actions taken, IP address, and device or browser details. This data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC under their own privacy policies. We may also use other analytics and advertising services of a similar kind, which process this information under their own privacy policies.
Affiliate Tracking. We use an affiliate tracking solution that sets cookies to attribute referrals from our affiliate partners. These cookies record the referring affiliate and the timestamp of the visit so we can credit commissions correctly. They do not collect sensitive personal information.
Your Choices. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalized advertising directly through Meta’s ad preferences and Google’s ad settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain parts of the website.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or business purposes. Lead data retention is determined by the lead seller’s settings and subscription status. Call information is kept as part of the lead it belongs to.

Account Deletion. You may request deletion of your account by emailing support@easyleaddistribution.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
We operate globally and your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We take appropriate measures to protect your data regardless of where it is processed.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption and secure data storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
